The best thing about this particular UPS is John! He offers the absolute best service. He is always friendly, diligent and efficient. Recommended to anyone who appreciates excellent service. I’ll continue to return for all my further shipping needs!

These guys are fantastic. Chelsea was incredibly helpful in organizing a project for me and getting materials printed in a timely and professional manner. The prices here were almost half what Staples quoted me and the quality and service were excellent. Great communication, customer service and follow-through.

Wow phenomenal and very great attention to detail. I live on the opposite side if this UPS store but because of how great there customer service is and cleaniness I will make the drive out here every time I need to do business with UPS no doubt about it. This store and John Butt are great.

Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond! The store was undergoing renovation and a package was delivered to the store that we had to have for an event the next day. I left a note and the owner met me after hours to deliver the package! It is a great example of why you should support local business - owners can go the extra mile to make your experience great!

The store is currently undergoing renovations. I thought I was out of luck ... but when I called, the owner took the time to find my package (in the renovation mess) and bring it out to me.
John really went above and beyond to get me my package.
I didn’t even tell him it was for my husbands birthday; and that would have been such a bummer to miss out on giving him his gift!
