Just to start; this is by far the best experience I've ever had shipping any of my products with any UPS store or any competitor.

I operate a small business by myself and recently had to ship multiple freight shipments of very large packages. Prior to calling the UPS store on SR-13, I looked at other freight companies such as FEDEX and DHL, but they charge such an absurd amount of money ($600-$800) that makes it impossible to ship anything at a profitable margin. Once I first contacted them, the owner (Mr. John), to see if he could possibly help get me a better rate to get my shipments out. He was kind enough to offer me a 10% courtesy credit along with slashing competitors pricing in half! On Feb. 7, my husband and I went to SR 13 UPS location for notary service. Char helped us. She notarized about 75 pages for us. At the time she did not have a stamp for the UPS address. She wrote in the address by hand. Also, she had to get 2 witnesses signatures as well. Char was extremely courteous & very professional. Also, I want to thank all the team there, because over the years, They have been very friendly & efficient when I needed help with UPS services or just dropping off returns. This store is super helpful! John in particular is always pleasant, easy to work with and I like that they know who I am (has my shipping info in the computer)! I am usually very busy and love when I find great services.

I gave you 5 stars in hopes that you would call the police/authorities on the person using box #357, they are criminals. They send out scam letters and make robo calls pretending to be the IRS and Bank collections departments in order to scam people out of their hard earned dollars, and they use this address. One only needs to run a Google search of the phone number to see all the scams this person has.
