Today dozens of folks were queued up. I have a UPS account so only came by to drop off my shipments plus packing materials to recycle. The associates sweetly directed me to the outgoing pile awaiting scans. Then I overheard the UPS associate politely instruct the next customer to place her presents on the counter and it would be “a pleasure to assist” with getting them on the way. Smiles and courtesy are lacking today but not at this store in the middle of a pandemic and holiday rush. Well done!!

Never a long wait in this location. The stuff is friendly and helpful, knowledgeable to help choose what's best named on your needs. The store is clean and convenient. I actually prefer using this location over any others.

They're my go-to delivery service, unless I'm forced to use USPS or (god forbid) Fedex. Conveniently located right next to Publix!

Today I walked in 7 minutes after the store opened with 73 packages that needed to go to 73 different addresses and had to be keyed in individually. It was imperative they shipped out today. I met Jamie who seemed unphased by my anxiety and undaunted by my request (not the case at the last shipping company I tried the day prior). She solved a few issues by thinking outside of the box and by knowing her stuff - the mark of a solid staff member. Despite all of that I know how busy and unpredictable retail can be and there were already two customers in line before I even finished explaining what I needed. I was concerned the day would get busy with other things and some of my packages wouldn't make the deadline. Jamie assured me and I walked out hoping it would work out. She called me two hours later to let me know they were all processed and to email my receipt. I'm so thankful for...
