When I think of what makes a community, the employees at UPS are exactly what I envision. I started an online business about 6 months ago so I knew I would become very familiar with each face at this store. I visit the UPS store 3-4 times a week and I always feel welcomed with each visit. I have brought my young son in with me and now he loves coming here! I know I am in good hands with each and every employee. I know they work hard and strive for perfection, professionalism and outstanding customer service. John, the owner, is a stand up person and I feel so privileged and lucky to have this UPS so close to home! I know people may not hear this enough at most establishments but I would like to say thank you to everyone at UPS for making my life easier and for always putting a smile on my face when I walk in and when I leave!
