Today I walked in 7 minutes after the store opened with 73 packages that needed to go to 73 different addresses and had to be keyed in individually. It was imperative they shipped out today. I met Jamie who seemed unphased by my anxiety and undaunted by my request (not the case at the last shipping company I tried the day prior). She solved a few issues by thinking outside of the box and by knowing her stuff - the mark of a solid staff member. Despite all of that I know how busy and unpredictable retail can be and there were already two customers in line before I even finished explaining what I needed. Just to start; this is by far the best experience I've ever had shipping any of my products with any UPS store or any competitor.

I operate a small business by myself and recently had to ship multiple freight shipments of very large packages. Prior to calling the UPS store on SR-13, I looked at other freight companies such as FEDEX and DHL, but they charge such an absurd amount of money ($600-$800) that makes it impossible to ship anything at a profitable margin. Once I first contacted them, the owner (Mr. John), to see if he could possibly help get me a better rate to get my shipments out. He was kind enough to offer me a 10% courtesy credit along with slashing competitors pricing in half! On Feb. 7, my husband and I went to SR 13 UPS location for notary service. Char helped us. She notarized about 75 pages for us. At the time she did not have a stamp for the UPS address. She wrote in the address by hand. Also, she had to get 2 witnesses signatures as well. Char was extremely courteous & very professional. Also, I want to thank all the team there, because over the years, They have been very friendly & efficient when I needed help with UPS services or just dropping off returns.
