Today dozens of folks were queued up. I have a UPS account so only came by to drop off my shipments plus packing materials to recycle. The associates sweetly directed me to the outgoing pile awaiting scans. Then I overheard the UPS associate politely instruct the next customer to place her presents on the counter and it would be “a pleasure to assist” with getting them on the way. Smiles and courtesy are lacking today but not at this store in the middle of a pandemic and holiday rush. Well done!! Read more >
