Fantastic customer service, went in to get some invitations printed and was blown away by the low prices and excellent service.

Trevor the manager and John the owner were knowledgeable, quick and gave me quality products looking forward to continued business with them.

I went into the UPS store on State Road 13 to get some baby shower invitations printed. I am not a printing aficionado so I had no clue what I was doing and I had also just had a bad experience at FedEx so I was expecting the same underwhelming treatment from this store, but I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was immediately greeted and called over to the counter where I met Trevor the manager. He asked what we needed and I explained it to him and without hesitation he said “send us whatever file you have and tell me what size you want and I can get it done”. Such a relief!! He printed the perfect invites exactly how I envisioned them! The owner, John, came over and checked in on everything and realized that I had mentioned I needed envelopes (I was planning on going to Walmart and making an extra trip) John sprang into action and got me the perfect fitting envelopes too! There are many reasons why I use the Julington Creek UPS Store so often. One being the employees. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. I have never in all the years that I have used them for shipping had a problem. My packages alway arrive on the date promised or early. All my information is stored in their system so I don’t have to write down addresses that I have shipped to before which save me time. All the contents of my many packages have arrived undamaged. Everything is handled with care. I appreciate when they recommend a certain way of shipping depending on the contents. They treat my packages as if they were there own. I highly recommend them.
