We had the pleasure of having Melony come clean my parents home today. They had just moved to the neighborhood and after setting up all the furniture in hosting for a number of days we were in dire need of some help. Melony was methodical and thorough. She got through our three bedroom, two bathroom, living room, Den, and basement in about three hours. Took a lot of work off of our hands, glad to have had her services. Tidy troopers was very easy to book with we were able to get a next day appointment.

This company is a nightmare. No idea why their rating is this high. The cleaner we had, Nadia, was totally inappropriate with my 14 year old 9 pound dog who is utterly harmless and quiet. She kept kicking her away with her foot because little Violet was curious about her, not aggressive in any way. My Ring camera showed she showed up at 12:26 when the email I got said start time was 1:30. Ring also showed she was let in to the house by my dog sitters at 1:13 and was back out and leaving at 2:08. Less than one hour to clean a more than 1,500 sq ft home cost me $140!!!! I feel totally ripped off. When I called and left a voicemail canceling the next appt and explaining the reason, which was this cleaner’s inappropriate behavior, no one ever bothered to call back. They were happy to take my money, however. I have since called to complain about the amount of time I now realized was spent...

I highly recommend Melanie with Tidy Troopers for cleaning. I hired Tidy Troopers for my son's apartment move out cleaning. The loft he lived in was in an old buliding downtown, and never really looked clean, even before he moved in. I had a special training at work the morning we scheduled, but my son went in late to work so he could let Melanie in. I completely forgot to coordinate things with him though. I also forgot there was no free parking anywhere near the building and there was a door code to get in. Thankfully, Melanie was professional and patient after sending me a text. I kept her waiting for a reply about 20 minutes. When I finally saw the text, I gave her my son's phone number. In the meantime, she had to find and pay for parking.
