The Tidy Troopers Cleaning Services

Paige was amazing!! She cleaned our new house to make it move in ready, and cleaned out our old apartment. It was so dusty and messy in there and she made it look brand new. On time, professional, efficient, and hard working.

Called Tiddy troopers to have my 1 bdr apt cleaned. They were great about communicating my needs and scheduling a time. Paige did a fantastic job cleaning and I will be using them in the future!

Tidy Troopers is wonderful. I’m not just talking about the cleaning. They are on time EVERY time. They don’t switch my schedule around on me. They follow up with appointment reminders and confirmations. Always responsive to my emails. This may seem like basics, but I went through 2 other cleaning companies that didn’t respect my time or that I have to put my (bad) dog in daycare to get the house cleaned.

Tammy is the best! Always so thorough when she cleans and is so sweet to my old (good) pup who loves her.

We have been clients of Tidy Troopers for some time now but had to skip our monthly cleaning recently due to some home repairs. Miranda came this month and was METICULOUS despite our home being more cluttered than I’d like to admit. I cannot thank her enough for how nice our home looks and feels - such a savior to my sanity!

I’ve had bi-weekly cleaning with The Tidy Troopers for the past 3 years. After trying many different cleaning companies in Buffalo, I genuinely believe that I’ve finally found the best. They are so dependable, flexible, affordable, and trustworthy. I’ve had a few different Tidy Troopers come to my house. At first, I was worried that they wouldn’t get a long with my cat and dogs, but my pets ended up quickly getting used to my cleaner! Chay is my favorite. She is prompt, hardworking, and sweet. She really takes the time she needs to give my home the detailed clean that I need! Before Chay- Samantha used to come to my house, and she was good too. Thank you so much for your efforts Tidy Troopers! I appreciate you so much, and I highly recommend you!
Just an update- I recently had Janiece, and she was also fantastic!

Please notate the comment of the owner below, who is accusing me of editing my posting...which I did only twice...for grammatical errors, and also indicating that I am not in their system, which is an untruth. I have three positive reviews, and two negative reviews on this site and I must prefer to post positive reviews. Please check out the other negative review(s) of which the owner also argued with. Bottom line is...I requested a one time cleaning of my home, however Tidy Troopers sent a cleaning person to my home a second time. I had to unfortunately tell the cleaning person, I'm sorry but I only requested for my home to be cleaned once", I then called the Tidy Troopers. The girl that answered the phone was rude (pretty sure it was the owner). She said we have you down for "ongoing cleaning" every two weeks. I explained that at no time did I sign up for...

Nadia did an amazing job on our move in clean! I will be using Tidy Troopers again!
