The person did not do what I expected, they did not vacuum under the furniture or the stairs, they did not dust, they did not clean the refrigerator, stove etc. I purchased this service for my 86 year old Aunt, because she can't do the thorough cleaning that she use to be able to do. The person you sent said that they were physically hurt and they were not able to do certain things. So I was very disappointed when I spoke to my Aunt and she told me about her experience.
