I love the strong immersion program they have!

Be aware! They are cheaters. We registered our son for afterschool starting 8/19/2024. When we registered, I specifically asked about the cancellation policy because we were on the waitlist for his current school. They told me we can get a refund with an 8 week notice. Two weeks ago we got an opening at his current school. We immediately requested cancelation and asked for a refund. Now they insist there is no refund and refuse to respond to our emails and answer our calls. I would never send my kid to these dishonest people.

Due to multiple billing issues I have chosen not to continue care for my children here. However, they know I have them signed up through the end of the month. They are using that as leverage to threaten me. They accept subsidy but have no clear billing. I made all of my copayments with them and they still took over a thousand dollars out of my account without notice and sent me an email I owe them over 5 thousand when I do not. The teachers here all complain that they are missing hours out of their checks and not being paid she is clearly desperate and needs to pay them but stealing from me is not the way. This is an email she sent me.

Until the review is removed and a meeting is scheduled, please do not bring your children to the center on Monday. Make alternate care arrangements immediately.

This place is a scam. My kids receive subsidy and they have been all over the place applying payments. When I said I won’t renew for the fall, they started demanding payment. I spoke with Mayosha and we agreed on the subsidy copayments and she wanted a check. It took me a couple days but I made the payments and she kept asking me for the contracts. When she didn’t get the contracts she tried to refuse care to my kids even though she got payments from the state and from my copayments. Now she has my card information and is just charging me more and more on my card. The other day at pick up I heard the teachers talking to each other in Spanish saying they were not getting paid for hours worked. Run away please. She will steal your money.

Our children attended after school care at TEA Center for almost a year. The staff, especially Joshua, are great. We had absolutely no issues with the quality of care and found communicating with Joshua to be very easy.

Unfortunately, billing was a pain (hence 3 not 5 stars). There is a random email to contact for errors, but the emails go unanswered. The owner is non-responsive as well. We stopped attending but still get notification of attempted charges every week. Per staff, we were told they have a lot of issues with billing and we should put a stop payment on their ACH debits. (You are not able to remove your method of payment in their billing system without adding a new payment method.) To recoup some of our money (you have to pay a month upfront which is standard for the area) we also had to request the bank return some of the payments. We are still trying to get...
