DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This has been the WORST experience I’ve had with a daycare. They don’t have their billing together and won’t call you back. The educational staff were phenomenal. However, the billing department and customer service need improvement. I’m being billed for services not rendered, my child wasn’t apart of the program during the time I’m being billed. I’ve tried countless times to speak to someone about it but have not been able to get anyone to return my phone calls to address the issue. Finally, I called my bank and informed them of the billing issues. TEA Center billing is awful and because of that department, I withdrew my child. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

AVOID ENROLLING YOUR CHILD HERE AT ALL COSTS.
It has been a month since I withdrew my child from the TEA Center after only one month of attendance and OMG the difference of her being in a real facility with teachers that actually enhance her development is astonishing. While at the Tea center my child was showing signs of regression. They provided no proper support for your child’s transition from home care to daycare which was a MAJOR RED FLAG 🚩 to me and what made me want to withdraw my child after 1.5 days at this Center but I did not because 1 the director essentially was holding our money hostage but 2 we decided to give it one more chance. The director will steam roll you into thinking they provide the best care when most of the teachers don’t or can’t communicate with your adequately because of language barriers. I have sent my child here for over a year and it has been almost a month since she quit, but I am still being billed every week. I gave them a notice about a month before she quit. However, auto-pay is still happening every week (I cannot stop auto-pay due to the system) and my deposit of 1,200 has not been returned. I have not received an answer when I emailed and it is difficult to connect by phone. I am leaving a review because I am frustrated and do not know how to resolve this.

Please do your research on this daycare before sending your children here. Ask around on the local Facebook groups and you will find at least 5 other parents who tell you to stay away!! I still regret sending our child here for the time they went . Communication was very poor and turnover was crazy! Sometimes they would post about our child’s day and they weren’t even there! Disappointing experience that other parents in Mclean will agree with! (I’m sure the business will send a blanket reply that we never went there!)

Amina, Luz and Karla from T.E.A Center held an awesome event at Eaves Tysons Corner Garden style property. They provided face painting, glitter tattoo, snacks and gift bags. They informed our parents on the excellent before and after school program they provide. Great Job Amina and staff the kids was very happy!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. They are horrible to work with, for months my sister has reached out about getting a refund which was promised to her please see the below reviews of screenshots between her and the TEA center. The only reason they have this high of ratings is because they threaten you, your children (by bribing them to make their parents leave a positive review to receive an incentive in class) or they just simply delete the reviews. My favorite is the gaslighting of every parents review that they simply don't agree with. To top it all off the things that my niece has witnessed that no child at the age of 5 should be put through while being in the care of these people. Please do your research, and if you don't believe me contact the BBB and find out for yourself.

Go through their good reviews and notice that most of them have only left 1 review or are from different countries. They have manipulated their google reviews to show higher by getting random people to leave positive reviews and then removing any negative reviews or gaslighting people who tell the truth and expose them for who they are.

Don’t take your kids here. They are a sketchy facility and will promise refunds and then not follow through. They owe me over $2000 for withdrawing from their summer camp program (though I gave them a 2-3 week notice prior to withdrawing her). They also have multiple BBB accounts which is sketchy in itself. I left a review before this one, but they threatened to remove my daughter if I didn’t remove my review (attached a screenshot of that at the end).
