I gave these guys a call a few months back regarding a situation I was dealing with and Will at The Phenix Group told me that his services would be minimally effective for my situation BUT gave me a bunch of free advice that ended up directly contributing to its resolution.

That's pretty exceptional from any company these days and if they're that helpful when you're not even paying them, I cant imagine how helpful they are if you actually utilize their services.

My wife and I wanted to get a house but we didn't know where to begin. The main thing we knew is that we had poor credit history and we needed to fix it. After asking our realtor how to attack our poor credit standing, she suggested Joe Camacho and gave us his number.
There was some hesitation and then my wife called him, he wanted to set a time to talk to us both to explain everything. I was referred to Brian Quinn for help with my credit. He was amazing!!! He always went out of his way to make sure I understood the entire process. He took the time to educate me on what to do and not to do, and basically held my hand through the whole process. When he called to congratulate me on qualifying for a home loan I was kind of sad because we wouldn't be working together anymore. It was definitely one of the best investments I've made, a small price to pay to be able to qualify to buy my own home and save tons of money on interest in the future.
