I was introduced to Joe and the Phenix group during a very vulnerable time in my life when I had goals but needed help to get there. Joe was able to meet with me while I was on the other side of the country via telephone call and after 3 hours of him going line by line and step-by-step with everything that was going to happen I then felt comfortable with the process.
