The Phenix Group

I was very hesitant at 1st, to use a credit lawyer, but very happy I did. I was in a situation where I needed to figure out how to buy a home, renting was no longer feasible. Will was able to help repair and increase our credit but also teach me how things work so I can do better in the future!

I started out with the Phenix Group, who was recommended by a Highland Homes Mortgage Loan Officer, in October 2025. I trusted the process and followed the strategy set by Brian Quinn with the Phenix Group and fastforward just 4 short months later and I am now under contract with and building my Highland Home. I am still working with the Phenix Group so I can continue to improve my credit profile to not only get the best interest rate on my home prior to closing but to also sleep peacefully at night knowing that I have made an amazing investment for me and my future!

Will Smith with the Phenix group helped me get rid of old and lingering accounts on my credit report and my credit score has since increased almost 200 points. I could have never done this on my own and Will was always kind, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Will and The Phenix Group.

This review is long overdue but it has definitely gained weight in regards to awesome work done overtime by Joe C. My wife and I were ready to purchase our first home in Texas. We reached out to our real estate agent who then connected us either Joe. Joe broke down everything for us in regards to his credit repair process. 3.5 hour phone call was worth it. With Joe’s non-stop help, we were able to close on our home in less than the 6 months he promised. Trust me when I say, “GO WITH JOE!!!” Listen to him and do what he advises. What can I say? Working with Joe was the best decision I could have made for my financial future easily hands-down. And I’ll tell you why throughout the entire process Joe communicated with me thoroughly. I was fully aware of what was going on with the process and all I could say is this was the best experience I’ve had with somebody helping me propel my life forward. My credit score was 545. Maybe at best prior to work with Joe. I ended the program with the 780 excellent credit and if I do a bit more things, I could definitely get into the 800 club, and I say all of this to say none of this would be be possible without Joe.

In recent years, whenever you hear the term “Credit Repair specialist“ you think the word “shyster”, but this was not the case with Brian. The first conversation, he explained in detail what he was going to do to determine whether he could be of service or not. He also told me that either way he would advise me on the steps to take to get to the next level and he did exactly what he said he would do. BRIAN QUINN is a man of his word.
