We had to move out of the DC area of a job suddenly and we were struggling to sell our house for various reasons, including COVID. Fortunately our neighbor introduced us to Nick and Donna Lutkins (LutkinsGroup) of KW Realty. Both of them are very professional and gave good advice to set the house for sale. They also did a lot of the work for me, while I was out of town, and provided regular updates. We were pleased that our house was under contract within a week and all the transactions went smoothly. Donna put extra efforts to re-arrange things and market it to the right audience and align it with the millennials needs.
