I used the Lutkins Group again (4yrs after my mom's house sold) They are the best. They helped me get my sisters house (a hoarder) cleand out and cleaned up. There was rust on the doors holes in the hardwood floors and lots of water damage. The Lutkins got me all the right contractors to make the house look brand new. Their flooring guy did an great job matching and repairing the kitchen floor. Their dryall and paint contractor make the house look like a model home.
