We worked with Kim Bourgois and she was AMAZING! We never would have gotten into our home without her. Kim worked her tail off showing us home after home and helping us stay positive through the process. The market here in the Springs is very tough and we did get outbid on a few homes but she always kept us motivated. I cannot say enough about how hard she works. She was always available to answer questions day or night and even looked at houses for us and sent videos while we were at work. Kim went above and beyond and always had our best interests at heart. One day we stumbled across our dream home. We knew as soon as we walked through it was the one for us.
