My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to work with Chris Burdette. He was amazing. We weren’t sure nor knew what type of home we wanted to buy when we started looking. Chris would give us great advice and pointers about what we should be looking for when we toured homes. We luckily found a place in a week and won the bid even though it was a popular home! Chris looked out for us and was very honest about our expectations. We had a fast close and Chis made sure we meet deadlines and answered any questions we had. He recommended great people to work with during the close as well. I would work with Chris again in a heartbeat.

Chris Burdette was our agent in selling our house in Rockville. He provided his assessment of steps we should take to ready our house for the market. Chris studied the sales of homes in our neighborhood, how long they took to sell, compared conditions, and presented us with what we believe was a fair price to list our home. He provided us with competent contacts we used to prepare our home and assisted us with disposing some items. We received 3 offers in 3 to 4 days, 2 at full price, one of which we accepted.
