Working with Antonio Medina and Latreanna White has been transformational for our family. Their methods don't just treat symptoms of being sad or unsatisfied with life, they get to the roots of the thought patterns causing the symptoms. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their lives in a lasting way!

Antonio is a top notch therapist.

He gives very down to earth and realistic advice. I would say he tells you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear, and that's incredibly valuable in today's time.

He is primarily solutions focus and aims to provide a step by step process forward towards the goal of what a patient is trying to change or address in their life.

Coming to the good center was the best decision I’ve made for my mental health in my entire life. Elizabeth Bordeau has been the most understanding, helpful, and REAL counselor I’ve ever had. I have been diagnosed with clinical depression for more than 15 years. I have struggled throughout the years, feeling hopeless. I wasn’t comfortable with any past counselors. They were never very helpful. Elizabeth is the first therapist to give me tools outside of the office to help me cope with my depression. I am seeing so much progress in my personal life and feel like I am on the healing journey of a lifetime. She truly uses her knowledge in the psychology field to help her clients grow and change for the better. This experience is changing my life.
