The Goddard School of Cedar Park

The Goddard School has been absolutely wonderful for my daughter. From the very first day, the teachers and staff made her feel welcome, safe, and excited to come to school. Their curriculum strikes a perfect balance between structured learning and play, so she’s been able to grow academically, socially, and emotionally all at once.

I’ve been impressed with how attentive the staff is to each child’s needs and how they keep parents informed every step of the way. They celebrate milestones, encourage creativity, and foster a genuine love for learning. My daughter has gained confidence, made great friends, and developed skills that I know will set her up for future success.

It's hard to put into words what The Goddard School has meant to our family. Our child attended for over 6 years and received genuine love, care, and support every day. We are so grateful for all of the teachers, administrative staff, summer camp counselors, and owners for everything they do to provide a safe and joyful space that we could always count on during the important formative years of our child's life. They are a rare, amazing group of humans and we will miss seeing their smiling faces every day now that our child has gotten older.

While I haven't personally experienced The Goddard School as a parent or client, I've had the opportunity to actively connect with Butch Aggen, the owner, in a business setting and have been consistently impressed with his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and commitment to early childhood education. After speaking and meeting with Butch, I was thoroughly impressed by Goddard School and his team's management of it. He's a seasoned businessman and leader and knows how worried parents can be who want a safe, enriching environment for this child and strives to provide it. The Goddard School of Cedar Park has been a great fit for our family! Our 3 year old has grown in all the right ways: more confident, curious, independent, and comfortable in his own skin.

The school is structured without being rigid and creative without the chaos. They put real thought into what the kids get to experience. This week they brought in live animals from the Austin Zoo and organized a donation drive for families affected by the Texas floods. Next week is Hawaiian Spirit Week. Jack now owns a button down tropical shirt and honestly it suits him. Absolutely love it!

It’s not lost on me how much coordination it takes to pull all of this off. From the outside, it feels consistent and intentional. That says a lot about the leadership, the systems, and the effort happening behind the scenes.
