We were relocating from out of state and John helped us with the whole process on our new build. He is knowledgeable about the area and builders. He kept us informed of progress while we remained out of state until the house was finished. I would recommend John!

We found John by watching YouTube channels regarding moving to Arizona. We’re so glad we reached out to him, in particular! John was extremely helpful, going beyond what we asked or certainly expected! He listened to what we wanted in a home, where we wanted to live and what our budget was. He gave us what we asked for, but also suggested communities we had not thought of. It turns out, he knew what we wanted more than we did! We ended up buying a new home in Queen Creek, in what turned out to be the perfect lot in the perfect neighborhood in the perfect town (for us)! During the build process, John kept us updated with photos and video of the process, which was fantastic, as we were living in another state at the time.
