John Ferrin is what one can call a "good guy". He is friendly and approachable. He will work hard for you and help you when you need a voice and an advocate. For us our problem was that because we live in California and buying a new house in Arizona we could not be there for everything that needed to be done like walk-throughs. John was our representative and did all this. He also advised us to get an inspector and that really helped us. There were many little things and big things that the builder had not done and is still fixing. Getting an inspector was a big +. I happily give John Ferrin the highest rating possible! Looking back, I was probably not the easiest client when searching for my home because of the wide range of things I was looking for. John did a great job finding and showing homes for me and was very patient with my crazy search criteria. But he really showed his skills when it came down to negotiations. After missing out on multiple houses because I wanted to "sleep on it", when we found a new listing that was only 2 hours old, John got us a viewing & we had the house under contract by 9pm on a Saturday night, and somehow got it for under asking price! Then he helped guide me through the rest of the paperwork/closing process. Oh, and John had surgery during the closing process, but between he and his wife, they never failed to be available for my question's. Thank you to the Ferrin's!
