Judging by the goofy shows on tv, selling your home is not treated like the largest portion of net worth for most everybody. The reality is this is the most important financial choice most of us will ever make. Don is in a unique club. There are almost 20,000 agents in San Diego County. Most of them have no experience selling homes at all. Why would you trust an amateur with your biggest investment. I have sold thousands of homes and owned one of the largest real estate firms in the country and when I sell and buy it’s an emotional rollercoaster. I’m pretty sure he is the first real estate agent to put flags in your front yard. Besides that, Don really knows San Diego real estate. He goes over and above to find you the property you desire.
