Our experience at 10 mile started out good. We were there for a little over a year. When he was in the infant room they seemed well prepared, they were great at keeping us informed, and our son was well taken care of. Once he moved into the toddler room it went down hill fast. They called us many times(and I mean like at least 20 times, the final straw was 5 weeks in a row we missed days) to come get him because he was running a fever( maybe twice-3 times did he have an actual fever) which they consider 99 or higher, I would take his temp when we got home and he was definitely not running one and was absolutely fine the rest of the day. They sent him home once because he had baby acne, claiming it was hand foot mouth(which we did once get FROM daycare). They should probably invest in a Doctor if they’re going to continue diagnosing kids with illnesses. If they claimed he had a fever...
