Ten Mile Academy

Coworker referred us here we did a tour and kids were screaming crying all over the place not listening providers weren't on task. Definitely won't go here their prices are outrageous too

We loved our time at ten mile academy! Our daughter attended from the age of 2 and 1/2 months to 8 months old. The teachers in the infant room were so good with her and I could tell they really cared about her and our family . We always received quick responses and excellent communication about her day. The only reason we had her stop going here was because we are moving.

We felt uneasy from day one. The manager is very abrupt. She tries to be nice but her demeanor is rude and intimidating.
They say they accept ICCP for foster children however we felt that they were being inconvenienced with a child that isn’t on a strict daily routine.
Even though we were enrolled for only a couple of weeks we were told we couldn’t come back the following week unless they receive a payment from the state.

I would recommend taking foster children to a daycare that is capable or willing to handle all types of behavioral diversities and works more closely with the state ICCP process.

At first, we had high hopes for our little one, and this was our first time with our child in a daycare setting. Well, it didn't go as planned. Our child doesn't communicate being 2 years old and still perfers to gesture. Before signing up, we made this known, and they said no problem! Well, that is not how things went.

After a week or so, they wanted to start looking for problems to label our kiddo (felt this way). They seemed to have wanted to find something wrong and suggest they go to a special school. When nothing was found wrong from multiple professionals, they then started calling the wife to come pick the little one up. After another week, they said they couldn't watch them anymore.

While I appreciate them trying...? We found a daycare that would take the time to make our kiddo feel secure, and we have not had a problem since. Our kid just needed to...

I am so thankful for ten mile academy. Both my kiddos love it here. My son loves the teachers and has so much fun I seriously have to beg him to let me take him home at the end of the day! My daughter is In the Infantry class and there is amazing communication and you can tell the teachers genuinely care about the kids!

Just wanted to tell you guys how much we love Ten Mile Academy. We made the switch after having some issues with her other preschool. Even after 4 months at her old school she still never wanted to go in the morning and dreaded it. Since switching to Ten Mile Academy just earlier this year we have seen such a difference in our daughter and she actually tells us about her day when we pick her up and tells us how much she likes her new school. All of us are so much happier. Thank you all so much!

I debated to post this, but I called to schedule a tour- Brandi seemed very rushed and less than happy to schedule. Nonetheless she did-she instructed me to ask for her when I arrived. I arrived a few minutes early and she was not there. I was given the tour with limited information by her assistant who was kind. But, by the time we arrived back at the office I met Brandi who was very unprofessional and told me repeatedly that starting my child at age 3 is the “worst time.” She seemed very annoyed/stressed which is on par with how she acted towards me while scheduling the tour. As a first time mom already with worries about turning my childcare over to a stranger not only did she not ease my concerns but she made me feel bad about my parenting choices. Needless to say we won’t be enrolling.
