Len and his team are truly amazing.! We had a new furnace installed a few months ago. The service they provided was the best bar none . Smart, friendly, efficient, fast, everything you want in a trade, and a fair price, with a commitment to service and solving problems.
We’ve lived in a 140year-old house for over 40 years. And of course, have dealt with many trades. But none matches the service that we received from this company.
They are the real deal.

As usual great service and excellent staff visit by Tempersure tech. Ty was on time, professional, efficient and responded to all our queries. He answered our questions, provided appropriate feedback. Great company and people to work with.

For the past 3 years, Len has consistently been my reliable resource for addressing HVAC issues. He exudes kindness and professionalism. This summer we had to replace our 10 year old air conditioner. He was able to diagnose the problem and get a replacement until within a week. The replacement was not only cost effective but also a very good unit that fit into the specifications of our townhouse unit. He went out of the way to find this specific unit for us.

Len and Allison and their team are always very responsive in their communication.

We were very fortunate to find Temapsure as the owner of our previous company retired and closed his business. Daniel came and did an annual maintenance - he was teriffic - took the time to explain to us what he was doing. He will be coming back soon to service our Navien.

Well, it's a year later and this time, Ty came to do an annual inspection and maintenance. Like his predecessor David, he was great - personable, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks Ty, we will see you (or one of your colleagues) next year. (ps. Ty is very dog-friendly)
