Incredible service from Len and Allison and their tech Ty. Couldn't be happier with the repair and assistance.

I had Tempasure inspect my fathers furnace which had stopped working. Alison in the office was fantastic and provided great information. Len inspected and provided my dad with options. He was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each option. The service was great, there was no pushy sales pressure and Len was open and honest. It really felt like he had my dad's best interests in mind. I've used the company at my home as well and am always happy with the service, highly recommend!

Great service and communication

For our furnace installation we sought quotes from a number of different HVAC companies. The route for the exhaust pipe was a bit challenging so we wanted to make sure we picked someone we could rely on. Tempasure was on the more expensive side but well worth it! Len took the time to fully understand our needs and our home, and he answered all of our questions in great detail. Alison was fantastic as well - the communication and customer service is top notch!
We had some hurdles getting the exhaust pipe approved by our condo board, and Len was very helpful as we navigated that process as new homeowners. As soon as we finally did get the approval, the instalation was prompt. Harnoor was excellent - even when he encountered an unexpected water pipe he communicated everything and fixed the issue.

My heater broke down last week, called Tempasure for help as I purchased both furnace and AC from them 3 years ago. Ty was the one who diagnosed and returned days later to replace the part. Very happy with his service. As soon as he came in, he automatically took off his boots without me asking. Work was quick and clean and couldn't have expected better. Kudos also to Len and Allison for the speedy response. Oh, Ty's favourite drink is ZERO SUGAR COKE.

Great service and communication throughout. Booking was quick and easy. Our furnace was not working, and within a couple days they identified and fixed the problem. The technicians were nice and professional, and we'll definitely reach out to Tempasure again in the future.
