I have used Tempasure twice in the past few years. When it was time to replace my furnace I contacted Tempasure, the respinse was quick and the service excellent. When my Air conditioner needed to be replaced o called them back. They again were quick to repsond, gave me a decent quote and the install was effortless, quick and clean in their part. Every transaction was as expected. I received a response from the owner (Len) within the first hour, set a fair time, and the expert (Anthony) arrived within the prescribed time frame. Both the inspection and the repair job of our furnace were timely, and the expert was very friendly and more importantly professional.

Len responds quickly to calls and concerns. In short order, he will send one of his team to inspect and troubleshoot the issue. That was the case in our last call and all previous calls to Len. The team expert sent was punctual, professional, proficient, and polite. All Covid-19 standards and requirements were met. Our issue was addressed in a very efficient manner and to our satisfaction. We have been with Len and Temp-a-sure for at least ten years. Temp-a-sure is a great company and Len is highly professional, honest and reliable.
