Len was very responsive, always called back, provided all answers to my questions quickly and honestly. The dustless AC system when in as planned, absolutely no surprises. The install crew were efficient and cleaned up after all the work was done. The system recommended by Len exceeded expectations. We are very happy with the system and the whole process. In fact, Len was recommended by our neighbour who had the same work done, they too had the same experience as we did.

Len has excellent customer service. Our ac stopped working during the hottest night of summer July 2020. Len called me at 2338 hrs and came immediately within hours (He arrived at 0830 hrs). He was very polite, wore a mask, and even educated me on how to fix it. Comparatively, other companies e.g., Reliance, Climax health and air conditioning, etc informed me that I wasn't priority and that my 5 year old A.C. needs a new unit. Will definitely hire Len and his tempasure company. Also referred him to my colleagues.

Len and the rest of his team at Temp-a-sure are top notch! We had nothing but great things to say when they installed a new furnace and gas line for us a few years ago. We needed them again the other day to do a quick fix for our A/C. Len was very responsive when we texted him about the issue, and when they came out to fix the problem, it was diagnosed and fixed quickly!

Len was very responsive to our A/C issue (or lack thereof) and quickly got us a new unit. The installer (Gary) was great and worked tirelessly to get the big job done! 12 hours later, it was done! The new unit is working very well and our home is once again very comfortable. Highly recommended!
