A friend recommended that we contact Len. He was very responsive and was able to get us a new heater by the end of a weekend. Len and his team are fantastic. I called on Sunday and received a call back quickly. They have an automated system to alert you of the timeline for their technician. He was over to our place within two hours and fixed our furnace. He was professional, kind and committed. He communicated with us throughout to explain the fix and cleaned our furnace while there. In the end it was an issue with the circuit board and it was fixed on the spot. My heat was restored! Thank you. I have used Len and his team to install my ductless AC this summer and they installed the fantastic furnace and AC we have at home two years ago. A-Plus all around!

A company you can count on. We have used Tempasure three times now and have been extremely pleased. Our first service call was urgent and they were here in less than two hours and had the issue fixed for a very reasonable service charge. Given this positive experience, we had them come back when our central humidifier stopped working. Again, they found the issue quickly and fixed it. I continue to use them for our annual service visits. Thanks.

We were having ongoing challenges with a heating system installed by a builder. Len responded very quickly and had Ram come out to diagnose. We worked together on an equipment solution that ultimately has made a huge difference. Thank you Len and Ram for a great job. The install was neat clean, timely and has made a big difference. We really appreciate the regular follow up to ensure we were satisfied ( rare these days).
