I hired Tempasure to install a new furnace and tankless hot water heater.
I was really happy with their work. They came on time, their work was neat and they cleaned up after themselves. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the installation and I found them to be professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I happily recommend this company.

Had an issue with my boiler. The Office (Cassandra) responded to my request for a site visit immediately and kept me informed all the time. On the day of service the technician arrived on time, was very professional and helped solution the problem. Would use them again in a heart beat and plan on in the future.

Len and team do excellent work, and stand by everything they do.

They came to diagnose a problem with my furnace.

The only option they presented was a full furnace replacement which ranged from 3-5000$.

I got another diagnostic performed by a licensed technician who was able to correct the issue.

After contacting Len and advising of the solution, they advised I use that contractor moving forward as they were concerned that contractor was not following applicable legislation with regards to HVAC.

As a layman homeowner I look for the most affordable option when doing repairs in my home, especially where licences trades are required.

Unfortunately Len was unable to meet this need, but refunded my diagnostic fee anyway.

Right from the beginning Len and his team were a joy to converse with and truly reliable when it came to the necessary information for my issue of a leaking expansion tank. I had many questions and Len was prompt, extremely informative and honest with the work that was needed. I want to add to my earlier review. This company installed a new furnace for me back in September. I recently noticed a loud clicking noise coming from the furnace room. I thought for sure it was an issue with the furnace and I called Temp-a-sure to report the issue. They assured me that they stand behind all of their products and their installations and that if the issue is with the furnace they would rectify the problem since it is still under warranty. They sent a service technician to my house within 24 hours of my call. It turned out not to be an issue with the furnace at all but rather a problem with my humidifier (which is old and not installed by Temp-a-sure). They gave me piece of mind in knowing that there is no issue with the new furnace and they provided me with options to repair my older humidifier. Once again, this company is top notch.
