Fantastic experience as always!

I noticed my AC broke down early June, 2021. I called several firms immediately and THAC was the first to respond (a few others did not even bother) and Len (owner) arrived several hours later. After diagnoses, it was obvious due to wear and tear (more than 25 years), replacement would be the best option and the permanent solution. As my furnace was very old (came with the house when I bought it 30 years ago), I decided to change it also.

After some negotiation, we settled on a price and another gentleman, Adam, replaced them a few weeks later. All went well and no mess whatsoever. Both are working well and I am completely satisfied with their performance. I checked the prices of the AC and furnace online, and had no complaints about the markup. Everyone needs to eat, right?

Technician was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. During installation and commissioning of the new Furnace and unrelated electrical issue arose and he troubleshot the issue to get the system working.. very happy with his dedication and going out of his way to make sure it was done correctly and we had A/C again quickly.

Len is hands down the best in the business. He cares so much about his clients and will literally make himself available via FaceTimes calls to discuss airflow. 100% recommend Len's team of experts!

In the middle of an early summer heatwave our air conditioning went out - not fun with a toddler and an infant <6 months old. Upon calling Tempasure, despite being very busy (imagine the heat wave was impacting others as well!) Len made a personal trip to come have a look and was able to resolve the issue same day, which was a massive relief. I am extremely grateful to Len and the Tempasure team for their personal care and professionalism, and strongly recommend their services. I really look forward to continuing to use Tempasure for my indoor climate needs.

Maintenance of the AC was performed thoroughly. And very helpful recommendations were provided to improve performance.
