Excellent service, year after year.

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening. While other businesses were telling me that they were going to charge $135+ to come and take a look at it, Len from Tempasure spent more than 30 minutes with me over the phone, until we got the heat running, free of charge! However, as he had suspected from the pictures I sent him, the furnace started having problems again. It was time for upgrading the furnace as well as the very old hot water tank, so we had the Tempasure folks upgrading these two items.
Both Len and Adam were incredibly nice people as well as very good at what they do. Very responsive and considerate. Len continued to check-in on us days after the installation to make sure everything was ok. We're very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Len and team do a great job. I have a splitless system that needed heavy cleaning - the team came out right away to take care of it. I have some other issues with the system that Len’s team is helping me address now.
