One of the parts in my combi-boiler system was leaking water on the floor whenever it ran and I called Tempasure to investigate it. Len was ever quick to respond and sent one of his people to check it. Daniel showed up this morning and diagnosed a cracked valve and quickly replaced the failing device. As always, Tempasure never lets me down!

We had a terrific, seamless experience with Len and his team at Tempasure! They were very knowledgeable about the ductless AC /heating products. They responded to our inquiry quickly and came to our home to assess our needs. The installation was efficient, done in 1 day and without a mess! They even went out of their way to rebook when we ran into a conflict with the appointment. We'll be coming back for maintenance when needed!

Tempasure came to replace a part in our furnace. Timely polite and professional. We really enjoyed dealing with them. Len came out the following day on an unrelated matter (at no cost) to check on our hot water tank. Top notch service!! Great business.

I give this one star only because I don't have the option for zero. They never got back to me and I find that unprofessional and there is clearly a lack of customer service skills.

As a response to the owner, I never said I called. I filled out your online request form, which is what I did with the other companies you allegedly checked. You can't advertise an online request form and only answer phone calls. I'm sorry you feel that way, that I am hurting your company's reputation, but clearly you do not take customer service seriously and I deal with companies that get back to me within a reasonable time, even if they are busy, as opposed to not getting back to me at all.

We’ve worked with Tempasure twice now - once in the summer to repair our air conditioning and again to fix an issue with our furnace. The customer service is fantastic, prices reasonable, and I am so happy to have found a trusted company we can work with going forward. Thank you Len, Allison, Hakim and Daniel!

I had tempasure service the old furnace in my new house based on recommendations from neighbors. The tech seemed quite thorough, and acted very professionally. Cost was around 150 which is standard. Would recommend.
