Water heater replacement. Hakim did an excellent job, by himself, of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He was low key and respectful - traits I admire. He also worked quietly and diligently. Remarkably, without a helper, he finished the job in just 2 hours. He cleaned up thoroughly before he left. Thanks Hakim!
