TCE Cleaning LLC

We had such a great first experience with TCE Cleaning! I chose the Deep Clean service and Juliet, Alyssa and Jada did a fantastic job. They were very hardworking and pleasant. I am glad I gave TCE a call. Highly recommended!

Overall a great clean, the ladies were efficient, considerate and arrived early. Most areas of the house were spotless, however we paid $360 for a “deep clean” and the inside of fridge, vent above the stove, inside of oven, and a few windows/mirrors were not cleaned. All in all I would recommend this service.

We had Yolanda and Hadina come and clean our house (deep clean). They did an awesome job. Yolanda was doing the upstairs and Hadina was doing the downstairs. I could hear Yolanda upstairs moving furniture and cleaning. TCE is an awesome cleaning company and I would recommend them highly.

The ladies did a very thorough cleaning of our home. I was especially pleased with cleaning of our large shower. All the soap scum on the shower floor was completely gone. When we returned, the house smelled fresh and clean. I have yet to find anything they missed.

I am very pleased with the cleaner Yolanda! She did an amazing job. She changed my initial opinion of the company after a bumpy start. A different cleaner arrived who was’t good at all. After that cleaner left, Yolanda came in and corrected any problems and did it with a smile! She even returned the next day to finish cleaning the stove. She goes above and beyond to make sure the client is satisfied.

From the phone call to setup the appointment to the finish cleaning project, was a great experience. Yolanda and Jada did an amazing job! Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would.

The office tells the field staff to not clean. I asked for the entire main floor of the house to be cleaned except for 1 small bedroom, the office told the staff to only clean the front entry. They charged me the full price for the entire floor. They did not clean our remaining 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, kitchette, dining room, living rooms or any halls cleaned. This company is a waste of time money and space. They claimed they called me 3 times, but I only get text messages from them. They seem so sleazy, I doubt I will get my money back.

Nichelle and Yolanda are the BEST! They are extremely thorough and so pleasant to be around. Great job ladies!

USE THIS SERVICE! I hired TCE to clean a home that my daughter lives in and it was extremely dusty and the wood floors were dirty. TCE was magic! (Thank you A and H; I don't know if I can name you). My daughter almost cried at how clean it was. I used this service for construction cleanup and the owner got involved because it was last minute-just to help me out. I have had many cleaners, but I am booking this company for regular cleaning because they are that good.

I got a deep cleaning done before my babies (twins) arrived. I went into the hospital earlier than expected and TCE was very accommodating and moved my appointment up earlier. Alyssa and Juliet came in and did a fantastic job. I picked TCE cleaning based on a close friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. The deep clean was so much better than I expected. I will definitely be using TCE again.
