Was pleased with the service at first, then out of nowhere had the worst cleaning experience ever! Not sure if the employee was having a bad day and taking it out on the job or what. She did a poor cleaning job, some of my bathroom items were thrown away, several lights were left on in the house, and lastly, there's a patch of my living room carpet missing! It looks like someone tried to cut something out of it? Like maybe there was a stain or something they thought they could cut out and get away with it? After consulting with the owner, they blamed both my pets and my child for the damage. It appeared after the cleaner came to the house, and they tried to use my coffee table to cover it up. My pets and child are well supervised and have never just randomly damaged any carpet. I had to reclean my house after they left. And now I'm stuck with the damages. I will not support this kind...
