I paid $290 for a deep cleaning, but I didn't get all the services that come with that according to their checklist. What was done wasn't thorough and was more like light housekeeping. One cleaner was on time and the other one arrived late. I didn't see the checklist of services you get with a deep cleaning until after the visit although I'd asked for it prior. They said they never got that message. The cleaning ladies were nice and respectful. They asked me if everything looked ok before they left, but I wasn't sure what I was supposed to have gotten. I contacted the company about this and pointed out each item I did not get. They responded promptly. They offered to send someone to finish the job the same day and on the following Friday, but the timing offered was not good for me. I told them they could just refund me for what was not provided and they informed me they don't give...
