Southwest Oral Surgery

I am so thankful I chose Southwest Oral Surgery to do my emergency 2nd Molar and Wisdom tooth extraction. From start to finish everyone in this office was top notch incredible. Starting with Abby who brought me to the room and talked through my history/allergies and was very pleasant and comforting. They offered just local numbing instead of sedation (because sedation scares me). When Dr. Setzke came in, the first thing he promised was that they would take care of me. He more than kept his promise. Local numbing was painless and he did such an impecible (and fast) job extracting both teeth that I felt no pain at all (a little pressure and cracking, all expected). He packed the root so the sinus cavity would heal and stitched up the site to support clotting. It was easier than I had ever expected and I just couldn't be more thankful for that. Had a wisdom tooth extracted and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Will go back for future oral surgery needs.

I am probably a very terrible patient as I am extremely anxious at the dentist. They attended to me and were very kind. And very quick. I had an extraction on the 11th and today is the 13th and no issues. Would highly recommend

From the time I walked in to the time I left the office I was so impressed with the whole Staff. They were professional and friendly upbeat and very very informative. I felt at ease from the moment Stacey came and brought me to the Examination room. She even made sure to offer me the restroom because of the time it would take for my procedure. Stacey even waited for me down the corridor so I didn't get lost. Everything was explained clearly and more than once. They kept the atmosphere light. But extremely professional. The procedure was pretty much paid free and the staff was wonderful and super friendly. I can't remember a better experience than at a Dental Office ever. Dr. Was outstanding also A+
