Even though the doctor had to saw the tooth out, this has been the most pain free extraction that I have ever had!

I have a lot of anxiety about dental visits, and almost everyone here was very kind and patient and understanding. I was a little worried when the first person I interacted with was snotty to me when I told her I’d email my insurance cards and that my dentist had sent over my X-rays and referral. She sneered at me and when she handed my ID over to another staff member to take a copy, she said “that’s all she brought,” in a very condescending tone. I reiterated that my dentist said they’d sent the referral and X-rays over, she told me I was wrong, and luckily there was another very nice lady right there who pulled my file up and confirmed that they did already have everything they needed. After that interaction, my experience was great. The doctor was awesome, the nurse was very kind. But it made me very anxious to have to speak to someone so judgmental as my first interaction with the...
