I went this morning to get my wisdom tooth extracted. This is my first time at southwest oral surgery office. I got the referral from my general dentist. Although I was frightened of going through surgical procedure, my visit went extremely smooth. Dr. Robert's assistant "Sammi" made everything bright with her beautiful smile and great caring before and during the procedure. While waiting, Jennifer did everything possible within 5 minutes to get the estimate from my dental insurance. However, the best of the best was the way how Dr. Robert distracted me while injecting the anesthesia, and the time it took him to extract my tooth before I realize it was already done.
