I am very impressed on how Mr John takes his time to explain everything to both my husband Ken and I. B4 Mr John, I never understand what home inspectors are talking about. I also love how he is so detailed with his work and it also seems and shows that he loves what he does for a living. I will definitely use Mr John moving forward. I regret not meeting him sooner. As we buy many properties. In the past 3 and half yrs we ve purchased 9 properties altogether. I am very grateful for ur service Mr John. You were also very professional and proficient as well. SUREHOME did a wonderful job inspecting my property. Admittedly there was a missed issue - my dryer vent didn't have a hole in the siding for it to properly vent. I called SUREHOME and they responded right away. John came out to my property the same day and fixed the issue himself by cutting the siding and properly fitting the vent. I appreciated him admitting to the mistake and his willingness to come fix the issue himself. They are wonderful!
