I am changing from a 5 star to a 4 star review.

I do this because I had a 5 star experience with the inspection service, I did not have a pleasant experience discovering the things the inspector missed or failed to notify me about.

The prior owner, not to the fault of the inspector, did a really poor job of fixing things around the house.

The inspector failed to notice these small crap fixes:

+ Prior owner using metal wires to hold the dishwashing rack together

+ The sump pump being caulked over multiple times and not properly inspected

+ The shower in the master bedroom has a serious leak that caused $600 in damages within the first two months of purchase.

+ A gas leak that wasn't actually there but was marked by the inspector with tape, so a false...

Scott was incredible! He was thorough, patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed.
