John Eggenberg performed an inspection on a home I am buying. He arrived and finished exactly on time. He went over his findings very thoroughly and also provided recommendations on which things needed repair (inevitable in a 100 yr old house!) and which things could be left as is. I had a question for him a few days later so sent an e-mail, and received a response much quicker than I expected. Mr. Eggenberg was very professional and easy to work with - I strongly recommend him! My realtor also noted that she has worked with Mr. Eggenberg previously, and that he has a good reputation and always does a good job.
