John was professional and his time was greatly appreciated. Not only did he go through all his findings during the walkthrough on his laptop but he then went on to show us anything we had any questions about. Following the inspection, I was provided a follow-up email with the same PDF that he briefed us with which I value because my memory is not the best. All in all, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a home inspection!
