My very professional and thorough inspection was fast and easy! Found out a few things about my new house that needed to be addressed and saved $6500 off the purchase price to fix the problems! Well worth the price of an inspection!

John and his team did a thorough job with the inspection that we had. The gave us enough information to be able to know how to proceed in the process of buying a home. The inspection report was very detailed and included multiple pictures. Each time we have used them we have felt comfortable and confident in the work that they do. We have already recommended them to people that we know.

John and John were amazing, they did a very thorough inspection, went over everything step by step, detail by detail with me, taking me to each point in the house to make sure I fully understood what there findings and concerns were. The warranty information and warranty itself is phenomenal and makes me feel very secure that they did an amazing job. Also just receiving a book (basically) of pictures and all information on the house and the findings they had to pinpoint I would know exactly would need some attention in the future. For my wife and I this is our first purchased house and my biggest concern, being the man of the family, was the inspection. You always here the horror stories of how terrible inspectors can be, and I am telling you honestly, I could NOT have been more happy and felt more comfortable after this process. Thanks SUREHOME!

My boyfriend and I were very happy with the inspection. John was very thorough and very patient, took us both through the entire inspection and made sure to answer all our questions. After we reviewed the written inspection John walked us through the entire house to show us the deficiencies and the safety concerns in person. Additionally, as the three of us walked through the house, John continued to make notes and add other things that were missed on the first go around. We were very happy with his services and will recommend him in the future.

I showed up at the time he had said he would be ready to go over his results and he was. Went over his lists very throughly. First time home buyer and I thought it was very easy. Show up and they will tell you what is bad and the options that are available to fix it with no hassles or arguments.

It was so beneficial, and factual, that I can only strongly recommend this company to do the inspection based upon the photos, warranties, and detailed booklet that has the inspection detailed.
