John did a great job. We were present for our inspection, which we know is not common, but we wanted to know and see everything about the house. He was thorough, described every detail and answered every question we had. Even when our realtor came and was asking different questions, John backed us up and said exactly what he saw and what he would suggest from either the seller or the buyer. He found things we would have never thought of looking for. I'm glad we were recommended to him through family, it worked out well.

John was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He found even the most hidden deficiencies during the inspection he performed. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
