My husband and I had a very positive experience with Chrissy Walter from Sunset Home Sales. Chrissy was very kind and helpful through the entire process and we appreciate all that she did. She goes up and above what’s expected. We closed on our home today and the process was very easy and smooth considering we did all the paperwork and the closing remotely from Illinois. We are looking forward to getting down to Florida to set up our new “snowbird” home.

My husband and I are near retirement age. We thought living in an RV was for us. Turns out we were wrong. Chelsea our agent listened to our must haves, and the second home she showed us was perfect! The home is waterfront (in our price range which was amazing) . It's in a well maintained safe quiet neighborhood. I am grateful to Chelsea for finding us a place so quickly. I feel like I am part of a community. All the neighbors stopped in to say hi and see if we needed anything. Chelsea kept us in our budget and made the closing so easy. I especially loved that Chelsea is down to earth and easy to talk to. She has made herself available for any questions we had even after hours! The whole experience was stress free and easy.
