Great shuttle service from SFO to Stockton. It was our first time using them, so we had some minor issues ensuring our ride was confirmed via text/email, but I was able to call for confirmation. The confirmation email indicates that there is a wait fee, if you are late for your requested pick-up time; it is reasonably priced, but I wish that was made evident earlier. In our case though, our flight was early. They were well updated with our flight info, and they were waiting for us when we finished with customs, etc. Our driver helped with all of our luggage down to a garage parking space (so you don't have to deal with the curbside mob at airport arrivals), and of course helped again with luggage and booster seats at our destination. Sunrise Shuttle was not only early, yet they texted the day before and we’re extremely professional. Our driver Peter was patient when our flight was delayed and went out of his way to assist with our luggage handling. Their prices are also very reasonable and had no problem picking us up at 2:00am for our 5:05am flight out of SAC Airport. I look forward to using Sunrise Shuttle again oh so soon! We left home at 4:15 in the morning - Sunrise Shuttle was outside our door at 4:00 am. Our return plane was 30 minutes early. Sunrise Shuttle had checked the arrival time and was waiting for us. The vehicle was clean. The ride was direct and smooth. The driver was friendly and drove safely. All connections were reaffirmed online before our trip. Service was from Rancho Cordova to SFO in 2019. Both drivers to and from the airport were friendly, professional and courteous. The van was clean and easily accommodated my family and all our luggages. The driver who took us to the airport was on time. Our return flight was delayed. When I was able to communicate this to the office, the driver was already on the way to SFO. I was worried that the driver will not wait for us but I was so relieved to get a phone call when we landed to let me know that he will wait for us in the loading area. He told me that he checked our flight schedule so he knew our flight got delayed. I couldn’t have been more grateful!
